About gardenerat60

As you guessed, I am a retired executive, looking for hobbies. Stumbled into gardening after reading blogs. Always wanted to use eco-friendly items in daily life. So, there was no heistation in deciding to put the vast terrace balcony to use for organic garden.

Interesting. A similar flower has been recently discovered in Madagascar. It smells of rotting meat and faeces:

Thank you for visiting my blog. That plant/flower would never survive in my cold garden! I have a wonderful crop of….. Weeds! Want some?

    Hi Pattu,
Just read all your new posts and saw close up of your cabbage plants. It looks as if the core of the plant has spread out without forming the vegetable part. Wait and see.You may be lucky still.
Your marigold flower is blooming very well.
Is it already hot in Hyderabad? We at Patiala still feel chilly in the mornings and evenings. Till the end of March we will enjoy the pleasantest of weather.Even April is okay here. Summer surely is hard for the gardeners. Lots of challenges eh!
