There were some reports on and off about the cabbage and cauliflower being sold in our markets.
These vegetables are liked by almost everyone. Cabbage is a must for many Indian Chinese preparations. Cauliflowers, became more famous due to the Manchurian recipes flooding the blogosphere and hotels. Therefore, when I read about adverse reports, I wash the vegetables thoroughly, soak in salt water and all that extra care before cooking. Gradually tapering off to the habit of usual washing and ,cooking.
But , the following links have set me thinking a lot. Hope we will be careful in what we eat and give to our near and dear ones. This makes my resolve to grow more cabbages and cauliflowers this year too!
I know it is irritating to get forwards , and most of us do not read them.
But , this is about the vegetable cabbage that is grown in India.
Please read it .
