A walk in my Terrace

Cheerful , that is what you feel, when you get up with morning daybreak, slight pale sky . First thing you want to do is to see the plants, after the rains.
Rush upstairs , open all the doors( silently, other people are still asleep),
And lo, the cool breeze, a few drops of rain , and lovely colours greet you
What an elixir. This may not reduce your paunch, nor weight, but it uplifts your mood, your attitude.

Whether it is only greenery, saplings, or buds, it is your garden. You don’t really look at the debris , or the untidy arrangements,
All you want to see is your creation( carried away) with God’s help. You may spend hours there, till the sun starts pricking your skin.
This is the best time of the year, after the heat and dust of so many months. The rains have been kind, all the seeds have responded, more than required.
Every pot, nook and corner are filled with vegetables plants sprouting, giving you a new lease of hope, hope for a bright day, brighter season,.

At this hour ,dream on your garden is going to be a small farm, no matter how many pests.monkeys and diamondback moths are going to feast.

Neighbours envy , owners pride and God’s grace.

About gardenerat60

As you guessed, I am a retired executive, looking for hobbies. Stumbled into gardening after reading blogs. Always wanted to use eco-friendly items in daily life. So, there was no heistation in deciding to put the vast terrace balcony to use for organic garden.

Hi, I really enjoyed the beautiful pictures and God’ grace which is bountiful and infinite as reflected in the objects of nature in your terrace garden. I genuinely believe that when you’re in the midst of nature you become oblivious of the surroundings and merge with the environs.Nature rejuvenates your body and purifies your whole being.:)
